It opened last February 13th and will continue to serve the public until April 22nd of this year. It is a 70-day event held for the benefit of the <em><strong>Pangarap ng Lupa Foundation</strong></em>. <p>The cost of the whole light expo is said to amount to 6 Million US dollars. The displays, with a total of 2 Million light bulbs, are mostly made in Korea, Japan and the Philippines and were done by a total of 10,000 people.</p>
<p>Aside from the myriad bright lights, visitors will also enjoy the acrobatic shows, fountain shows and other equally interesting exhibits. The place is usually packed on Saturdays and Sundays so it&#8217;s best to visit World Light Expo Philippines on weekdays when there&#8217;s fewer people around.</p>
